By using the YACHT~ME website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website or our services.

YACHT~ME offers boat rental services with and without crew, sea excursions and private events. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. Images and descriptions on the website are indicative and may vary.

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. • The balance must be paid at least 7 days before the rental date. • Prices shown include VAT, unless otherwise stated. • The skipper, where included, is always at the charterer's expense.

• Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: full refund of the deposit. • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days: 50% refund of the deposit. • Cancellation less than 15 days: no refund. • In case of certified bad weather, the booking can be rescheduled without penalty.

YACHT~ME is committed to providing boats in perfect maintenance condition and compliant with safety regulations. The charterer is responsible for any damage caused to the boat through negligence or improper use. Civil liability insurance is mandatory and included in the rental price.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Rimini shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
