Vallugola Bay: the best-kept secret on the Adriatic
Just 30 minutes' sailing from Rimini, hidden among the cliffs of the Monte San Bartolo Nature Park, lies a small paradise: Vallugola Bay. A place where the waters of the Adriatic turn astonishingly clear and nature has the upper hand.
A landscape unlike anything else on the Adriatic
Vallugola is nothing like what you would picture of the Romagna coast. There are no sandy beaches with rows of parasols here. Instead you will find:
- 🏖️ Cliffs dropping straight into the sea, covered in Mediterranean scrub
- 💎 Clear turquoise water, ideal for snorkelling
- ⚓ A small natural harbour with traditional fishing boats
- 🌿 Panoramic footpaths climbing into the hills
- 🐟 Seabeds rich in marine life
